Pink cherry colour, thin bubbles generated continuously. Very fine and fruity (blackberry, violet, iris, bougainvillea, but overall strawberry)

To taste: Fresh, sapid and sweetness well mixed.

Excellent as aperitif, cheese adn tapas, perfect with crustacean (lobster, shrimp cocktail), but also light dishes in general, creamy, fatty and a little bit sweet.
