Nose: very fine wine with hints of violet and rose

Taste: fresh, smooth with slight bitter aftertaste

Suggestions: fish or appetizer

To be served: 8-10° C

Products from chemical origin (fertilisers, herbicides, insecticides and all kind of pesticides) as well as genetically modified crops are banned in organic agriculture.
